The organic wine culture
Organic production includes original culture, breeding practices and methods thus respecting natural balances. It excludes the use of the synthetic chemicals, GMO and strictly limits the use of intrants.
The wine grower uses sulfur and copper (traditional methods) for protecting the vineyard. The products for wine making (yeasts, So2) are used in minimal proportion in order to respect the grapes.
The wine producer must adopt and conform to these practices of growth and production for a minimum period of 4 years before he can officially stamp his wines with the coveted AB Logo.
