Our Wines
The first “cuvee” was vinified in 2004. We annually produce between 2500 and 4500 bottles (according to the yield and the climate).
We have always championed natural production methods and in 2006 applied to be officially recognized as an organic wine producer (certified by EcocertWine making : All of our grapes are hand picked > immediate destalking > maceration from 3 until 4 weeks > manual pressing (with 5 Hl pawl wine press) > ageing in stainless tanks or barrels during 1 year.
Tasting: The perfect accompaniment to rich meat and game dishes and strong cheese such as Roquefort.
